Worship & Gatherings

We gather for worship as follows:

SUNDAY WORSHIP

  • 10:30am at Holy Trinity, every Sunday. Refreshments served after.

  • Saint Stephen’s at 5, every Sunday in the café. Refreshments served from 4:45pm

MORNING PRAYER

  • Mondays at 9am at Holy Trinity - using the Common Worship liturgy & lectionary

Please check the church calendar for up to date details.

You do not need to have any church background to join us for these services – all are welcome: regular churchgoers, occasional visitors, people who may never have been to church at all but wonder what it might be like. Most of our services follow a set pattern laid down by the Church of England but in a relaxed and informal way. There are opportunities for people to join in with responses, prayers and (usually) music. Individuals are free to take part, or to sit quietly and listen – whichever feels most appropriate.

Children & Young People

We welcome children and young people and believe in creating a place where they, and parents/carers, can feel relaxed and where we encourage them to be who they are. The energy, noise and life that young people bring to our community is wonderful.

We have introduced an all-age creative area at our Sunday morning worship at Holy Trinity. Most weeks there will be a lead activity that links in with the scriptures and theme of the service.

There is also an area of comfortable seating and play mats with books & toys for babies, toddlers and their parents / guardians to use.
